Good stuff, easy to order
I grabbed some of their Mayan Magic Balm after seeing it online, and it got here pretty quick. I really liked how it felt on my skin, super soothing. The website was easy to use too, didn't have any trouble finding what I wanted. Overall, a good experience.
Solid products, delivery could improve
I decided to try their Advanced Firming Cream and a Rosewater Toner. The ordering process was straightforward on their site. The products themselves seem really good; the firming cream felt nice on my skin, not greasy, and the toner was refreshing. However, the shipping took a little longer than I expected, about 8 days to reach me in Florida, which felt a bit slow. Packaging was fine though, everything arrived intact. Customer service didn't need to be contacted, so no experience there. Overall, the quality of the skincare is definitely there, but I wish delivery was a bit faster.

I bought the Eczema Relief Cream and the Tepezcohuite Soap. The cream actually helped with my dry patches, which was great, and the soap felt very gentle.
